1) Must be at least 15 years old
2) Register online as an umpire at the KYSBA web site
3) Register on the ARBITER umpire scheduling web site. Invitation will be sent after KYSBA.org registration
4) Pass background check
5) Each team must have one trained umpire
Umpires are required to attend one academic umpire clinic and one field umpire clinic for the 2022 season.
Academic Umpire Clinic Dates:
Tuesday March 29, 2022 Basic Umpire Training
Thursday March 31, 2022 Advanced Umpire Training
Saturday April 2, 2022 Basic Umpire Training.
Field clinic dates TBA.
